how is the verb {weS} altered by {-chu'} ?

I'm wondering with regards to how the meaning of {weS} is altered, when the suffix {-chu'} is added. Suppose we write: {Huch wIweSpu'} we've suffered a reduction of money But how is that any different from: {Huch wIweSchu'pu'} we've perfectly undergone a reduction of money Does the {Huch wIweSpu'} mean that we've lost some money, while the {Huch wIweSchu'pu'} means that we've lost all our money ? But even so.. If we write: {100 *dollar*mey DIweSpu'} we've suffered a reduction of 100 dollars How is it any different from: {100 *dollar*mey DIweSchu'pu'} we've perfectly undergone a reduction of 100 dollars In both cases, haven't we lost *exactly* the same amount ? ~ mayqel qunen'oS the ancient cat.. a creature to admire.. and hate..

fse: Reading parts of tolkien lotr, I can't find the words to describe my amazement, of the skill that tolkien had. His talent is beyond words.. Reading the things he wrote, and the way he described them, brings tear to the eyes.. We know we can say: qagh (lu)Sop 'op some eat qagh (I don't know whether {'op} is to be treated as grammatically singular or plural.. If someone knows, please enlighten me..) But I wonder, whether it'd be correct to say: qagh luSop 'op puS few eat qagh I can't see anything grammatically wrong with it, (although qeylIS knows, I don't know jack qeQ when it comes to grammar..). This rings a bell, of something we'd discuss (quite) some time ago. But I *still* can't understand, which rule prohibits us writing: romuluSnganpu''e' chaH jaghpu''e' As for the enemies, they are the *romulans* i.e. placing an emphatic {-'e'} on the first noun of a be sentence. ~ mayqel qunen'oS reH tlhInganpu' taHjaj
