Short question about *paq'raD* 19, 12

In the *paq'raD* (19, 12) we can read: *jIHvaD quv yIjatlhQo'* ("Don't speak to me of honor!") Since *quv* is not a thing that can be spoken (like a language, a speech or a word), I would have expected *rIch* to be used instead. Also an interpretation as direct quotation ("Don't say to me 'honor'!") should read *quv jIHvaD yIjatlhQo'* or *jIHvaD yIjatlhQo' quv*, right? Am I missing something? Thank you!

Hi! In *Strange New Worlds* 3.03 there are some Klingon dialogs. Marc Okrand appears as Klingon translator in the credits. My Klingon ear is not that good, so I understand only some parts. I couldn't find the transcription at the Klingon Wiki (https://klingon.wiki/En/StarTrekStrangeNewWorlds) Does anyone have the text? Here what I could understand so far: (15:32) Human He'So'taH rewve'. Hopbe'ba' chaH! (...)lIj (...) yIchoq (...) wIpoQ! Hoqra'! pa' Salpu'DI' vay' not ghIr net jatlh. (...)rup'a'? (16:52) Humanpu' (...). (...) qoH! (...)HeD! There is also a text in *pIqaD* at the beginning (06:01). Thanks! Luis
