A weird question on {qamchIyDaq 'uQ'a'}

Assuming that {qamchIyDaq 'uQ'a'} is the original title and "Feast at Qam-Chee" is just a translation, what if it is the translation that is wrong, exactly because of that (in)famous ungrammaticality? Namely, what if {'uQ} is a verb (related or unrelated to the noun {'uQ}, otherwise unattested) and {-'a'} is then, of course, the interrogative suffix? This would mage the whole thing a perfectly grammatical sentence. Qapla'!

Hovercraft

I've been re-visiting a few things recently, and one is a certain phrase or saying concerning eels. We got a new word not too long ago, IIRC from the Air and Space Museum app: 'al v float (in/on air) That would seem to be a perfect substitute for the word "hover", I would think. So would the experts here agree if either an: {'albogh Duj} or an {'almeH Duj} would work for a hovercraft? Thanks, mupwI'

On another thread I noticed that both qurgh and lieven wrote: qurgh: > tetlhvam mejpu'. lieven: > tetlhvam mejta'chugh I can understand that these obviously mean "this list she left", and "if she has left this list" respectively. But just to make certain, I neen to ask: Couldn't we also write {tetlhvamvo' mejpu'} and {tetlhvamvo' mejta'chugh} ? qunnoq

The pronunciation of {Q}

In the tkd it says: "{Q} This is like nothing particularly noteworthy in English. It is an overdone Klingon {q}. It is identical to {q} except that it is very guttural and raspy and strongly articulated, somewhat like a blend of Klingon {q} and {H}". On the other hand, it is my impression that whenever I hear the word {Qo'noS} I actually hear "Kronos"; my problem being that I hear an "r" being spoken, which according the tkd shouldn't be there. Is there something here I am missing ? qunnoq
