Dear friends of the Klingon language, the past two years had interrupted our annual meetings, but this year, we definitely plan to do our big anniversary as a live event in November. As the number of interested attendees has grown high, a few years ago we decided to limit the number of attendees, so that the qepHom remains a cozy and nice event. This year's registration deadline ends on June 30, 2022. We have already admitted some of the registration requests (by our lottery system), but have left open the option for those registering late and did not admit all available places. So if you are still hesitating whether you should come or not, this month is your last chance. A short summary: This year, we celebrate our 20th anniversary with a big program. We have made a feature-length movie which we will watch in a great movie theatre, we will have dinner in a very special location, and much more. New: Klingon exercise book

Dear friends, I'd like to inform you about new book, even though it's available in German only. I have made an exercise book for the Klingon language, which includes only exercises, no explanations at all. It is made like those books that children use in school to learn a language, so it has fill-in exercises, hearing comprehension, crossword riddles and so on. The book is available in any usual bookstore at least in Germany, but maybe also in other online stores. In case your shop does not deliver to your country, go to the webstore at the Germany Klingon Institute, they might help you. I want to say "that alien is dark blue and he's gray too". According to http:klingonska.org/ref/color.html dark blue: {SuD 'ej Hurgh} or {SuD 'ach Hurgh} gray: {qIj 'ej wov} or {qIj 'ach wov} Now, my problem isn't to discuss colors in klingon (a subject which makes my stomach turn). The thing I'm wondering which is the subject of this post, is this: "That alien is dark blue and he's gray too". When I'll write the klingon constructions which we need to use to expess "gray", do I write the {je} "too" once or twice?
