Savan! It looks like an upcoming video game contains at least some Klingon. It's called Epic Loon and is being developed by a French based team. I'm wondering if someone on the list was involved? It’s a strange mix of English in a Klingon font, proper Klingon, misspelled Klingon, and incorrectly translated Klingon. It turns out that if you ask Bing to translate “TV Setup”, “language”, “okay”, “no”, “subtitles”, “voice”, “general”, and “notes”, then copy the Latin characters and render them in a Klingon font using “xifan hol” mapping without regard for digraphs, you get exactly what that image shows. Oh, and you’d have to fail to translate “Klingon” and just type it in verbatim. -- ghunchu'wI'

Clearly not. It's mostly not Klingon, but English typed using a "xifan hol" mapping. Sources below:

Thanks for clarifying! Ah it really was too good to be true then. Shame they didn't think to hire a Klingonist for this, it could have been glorious Do'Ha' Quj mughmeH tlhIngan Hol po'wI' lurItnIS 'e' lutlhojbe'. lutlhoj net jalchugh, Dunchu' ghu'. Another common error they did is printing q where it should be Q. And they also mistyped all ng an gh combinations as N+G and G+H so they turned out as {ngh} and {ghH}. I have summarized the topic in the Klingon Language Wiki. You may make additions if you like: http://www.klingonwiki.net/En/EpicLoon -- Lieven L.
