It’s a strange mix of English in a Klingon font, proper Klingon, misspelled Klingon, and incorrectly translated Klingon. It turns out that if you ask Bing to translate “TV Setup”, “language”, “okay”, “no”, “subtitles”, “voice”, “general”, and “notes”, then copy the Latin characters and render them in a Klingon font using “xifan hol” mapping without regard for digraphs, you get exactly what that image shows. Oh, and you’d have to fail to translate “Klingon” and just type it in verbatim. -- ghunchu'wI'
