It just occurred to me that {ngItlh} is probably just {tlhIng} backwards.
The other word is {ngISwI'}. Looks Klingon, but is not. It's combined
with the letter 12.
Could this be a new word out in the wild?
Hmm... backwards, this is {'Iw... SIng}? Doesn't quite work, unless they're going for "blood sings", which reminds me of {bomDI' 'IwwIj qaqaw}, and gave up halfway through. -- De'vID
