The other word is {ngISwI'}. Looks Klingon, but is not. It's combined
with the letter 12.

Hmm... backwards, this is {'Iw... SIng}? Doesn't quite work, unless they're going for "blood sings", which reminds me of {bomDI' 'IwwIj qaqaw}, and gave up halfway through.
