I agree with nIqolay Q, {De’ tlhIn} is quite good for the idea of personal/private information. E.g. reH De’lIj tlhIn wI’otlhtaH. not De’lIj tlhIn wI’otlhHa’. I was just showing how Okrand has handled similar ideas in the past using {ghot}.
