One observes many ships on Kronos. (Qo'noSDaq Duj law' tu'lu')
Many ships are on Kronos. (Qo'noSDaq bIHtaH Duj law''e')
On Kronos the ships are many. (Qo'noSDaq law' Duj)

Do these mean the same thing?

These are different ways to refer to the same fact.
