She slightly flubbed the second last word, but I *believe* she was saying the suffix {-taH}. Or it's possible she stumbled on {-ghach} and said it twice. Yes, I put a "[sic]" there in case anyone thinks it's a typo for "sight". "I have come upon a strange sight" also makes sense in English. -- De'vID
