I would need some reason to believe these verbs have inherently locative objects. Their given translations do not suggest this. They have not been observed to use any objects, let alone locative ones. Okrand hasn't said they do. Without any of these, my answer is no. -- SuStel http://trimboli.name
I’d expect a better grammatical model would be like speech verbs. Use a verb that has a locative object to set the destination, then follow with a parallel verb indicating the mode of travel. juH vIghoS; jIyIt. Sent from my iPhone. charghwI’

We have no evidence that they do. Aside from the destination, another possible object would've been the distance or trajectory, but it was revealed recently (Mar. 1) that the way to express that is with {lID}. -- De'vID
Could you tell us more about {lID}, since it is not listed on the New Words website or boQwI’? Thanks. Sent from my iPad

charghwI', I'm pasting the relevant info, from the emails sent by De'viD, on this list. ------------------------ {lID} v. travel or move a specified or measurable distance or trajectory [used with verbs of movement which don't take distance or trajectory as their object] [De'vID]> Can any of these verbs take an object, such as an angle or a distance (as appropriate to the verb)? No. To indicate how far the motion was (how far the person/object moved), make use of the verb {lID}, meaning something like "travel or move a specified or measurable distance or trajectory." The object of {lID} is the distance moved or range of motion. So you could say {ron SuvwI'; chorgh 'uj(mey) lID} "the warrior rolled (haphazardly) for eight ujes" (literally, "the warrior rolled; he/she traveled/moved/traversed eight ujes"). It could also be the other way around: {chorgh 'uj(mey) lID SuvwI'; ron} "the warrior rolled (haphazardly) for eight ujes" (literally, "the warrior traveled/moved/traversed eight ujes; he/she rolled"). Or {ron muD Duj; javmaH lawrI'(mey) lID} "the airplane rolled 60º." (The semicolons here don't matter. You could also use a period, since, really, they're pairs of sentences.) ------------------------ ~ m. qunen'oS

It is in boQwI', but you have to update the database first. Go to the preferences and select “check for updates now”. Automatic update checking is one of the many features on the “will be implemented eventually” list for the iOS version of boQwI'. I apologize to all who have missed out on new words because the database that ships with the app is out of date and it isn’t obvious that it needs to be updated.
I have boQwI’ on an iPhone. Background app refresh is turned on in Settings:boQwI’… Okay. I found it in the app. Thanks. charghwI’ vaghnerya’ngan rInpa’ bomnIS be’’a’ pI’.
