It should be decodable as is (I can see a pattern of letters that's probably "the", and a few others that could be one of a small number of other English words), but I don't have the time to stare at it right now. Does anyone recognise it? I presume the creator just typed a message in English and used a font to disguise it, but I don't recognise the mapping.
