Someone is trying to solve a cryptogram written in "Klingon": https://twitter.com/becky_turnock/status/887568674919415810 Does anyone recognise it? I presume the creator just typed a message in English and used a font to disguise it, but I don't recognise the mapping. -- De'vID
'oH vIleghlaH 'e' vIHar, 'ach DaH vIHechlaHbe'. It should be decodable as is (I can see a pattern of letters that's probably "the", and a few others that could be one of a small number of other English words), but I don't have the time to stare at it right now. I'll have some free time in about 34 hours and will take a look at it then. Sent from my iPhone

I have afont using those letters, but either I'm using the wrong font, or the message is even more encrypted. - The existing "real" pIqaD tells me that those are letters written in upper case - Some words that I can recognize so far are Uc, bcf[h/n]vob, obr, twbr, qfso[h/n]wbu, Mcif and a phrase that maybe a name: "Pwzzoqcaps Ufssb Hoys" One word is repeated 5 times, so could mean "the" or "and", the letters are[h/n]vs (I write [h/n] because that symbol matches both letters) Perhaps someone can decrypt this better now. -- Lieven L. I'm still puzzled by four different words, some using the larger pIqaD letters that are not part of the alphabet that is given. The message looks like directions for finding a geocache. The words I don't understand: ?illacombe, hatel[sy], ner[tz], cad[sy]ule. lay'tel SIvten On Wed, Jul 19, 2017 at 3:47 AM, De'vID <de.vid.jonpin@gmail.com> wrote:

The capital letters are B, T, and Y. The words you missed are Billacombe (a place name), hazels, next, and capsule. -- De'vID
