You can just ignore the pun, as many people do.
Or I'd receive a construction like {Say'moHwI' tlhagh}, as if we're some kind of cavemen, having fell off from the sky, unable to find normal names for the simplest things.
Don't forget that even though it's a constructed language, it's constructed as an alien language. If those (fictive) aliens do not have the thing you ask the word for, there really just isn't any, and we need a strange construction.
Or -even worst- the meaning of an existing word would be extended -again- to include even more concepts, making in the end impossible
As a matter of fact, that happens with many languages. English has many words that make no sense without context. You can a have a beer and also have a baby. Does that stop you from lerning English?
