I'd understand it but I would personally put a perfective suffix in there: {Hol 'oghlu'pu'bogh} or even {Hol 'oghlu'ta'bogh}. I agree with the above, but would like the add the thought that just like in English, there is a difference between an invented language and a constructed one. So an alternative might be {Hol chenmoHlu'ta'bogh}.
