[tlhIngan Hol] terran loanwords

Good morning! while working on the wiki I notived something that made me wonder: There is an option to mark a word as "loanword", and also an option to mark things which are explained by Maltz as "this is a Terran thing". While editing, I noticed that basically ALL terran things are loanwords, of course. OTOH, all loanwords probably are Terran things, most likely (except for very few in-universe things). So my point is: Does it make sense to have these two categories? Shouldn't it be just "loanword for terran things"? I'm interested in your opinions.
