Grammatically, this is similar to the canon phrase from TKW p. 24:
{pujwI' HIvlu'chugh quvbe'lu'} There is no honor in attacking the weak.
I think it's actually more like: {'oy'be'lu'chugh Qapbe'lu'} (TKW p.175) -- De'vID
