cha’ DaeSeqmeywIj: an SKI can be helpful for those learning Klingon as it gives them something to check their interpretation against — especially when trying to interpret ambiguous or more “advanced” things. It’s pithy to say “just learn Klingon”, but from a pedagogical standpoint it’s likely more harmful than motivating for a new speaker. —jevreH
