Klingon word: qagh Part of speech: noun Definition: serpent worm (food) Source: TKD (101 KE, 139 EK)
simple line skip: 101 KE / 139 EK shows {qagh} "interrupt". A note for beginners and also for nitpickers: The definition of {ghargh} contains a comma: "serpent, worm". There actually is no such thing as a "serpent worm". But... The "serpent worm" was a mistake, apparently done by the authors of TNG who oversaw the comma (I'm sure someone knons the detailed story), because the word {qagh} appears in the addendum as "serpent worm (food)" KE 183 / EK 190 The mistake was confirmed by Okrand, who backfitted the word into the addendum, see the Klingonwiki at "Gagh": www.klingonwiki.net/En/Gagh -- Lieven L. Litaer aka the "Klingon Teacher from Germany" http://www.klingonisch.de
