hmm.. This confuses me. I thought of writing {vIghro'-ghu} influenced from the "romulan hunter-killer probe". The way I understood the dash at the "romulan hunter-killer probe", is "a probe which is a hunter and a killer". Oh, hunter-killer isn't genitive.
