I was curious about this so I looked it up. The KlingonWiki had a page [http://www.klingonwiki.net/En/Kaspersky] about this with a screenshot and a link. The link redirects to: https://password.kaspersky.com/klingon/ The screenshot on the KlingonWiki page showed the password checker UI with correct Klingon text in the standard Okrandian orthography. However the live site, in an apparent attempt to look more “Klingon”, now displays text in mangled pIqaD, with obvious English text written in pIqaD (Sechure paSSworD chHechQ) and obvious Okrandian orthography Klingon text-shaped pegs jammed into xifan hol-shaped holes (chHaw nghoq Dalo boghH yIghHItlHqo ) - note the inverted q and Q and missing qaghwI'mey. The text that appears interactively as you type a password into the field is a mixture of English (your paSSworD wIll be brutengorcheD…) and Klingon, all in broken pIqaD. The Klingon text contains at least one untransliterated English proper noun that ends up being similarly mangled (there’s a reference to a {ngerrarI puH Duj chHu }).

Seems like they underestimated the quality of a Klingon translator and decided to use the Bing translator for their corrections... or maybe even nothing. Unfortunately, this happes too often; even the CBS licensed T-shirt of this summer has good Klingon with incorrect pIqaD. A detail: The apostrophes are missing because in the page instead of using a real apostrophe ['], they use a right single quote [’] which is not part of the used font. -- Lieven L. No, the translations still seem good if you correct for the obvious “tlhIngan Hol typed with a xifan hol font” effect. I think they just wanted to make it MOAR KLINGONE by using a “Klingon” font but didn’t realize what they were doing. The apparently new text that was likely not part of the original translation is just in English but in the pIqaD font, it’s not something badly translated into Klingon by Bing or the likes. Even using Bing to transliterate the original, correct translations to pIqaD would have worked fine back when Bing supported both “Klingon” and “Klingon (pIqaD)” (it no longer appears to have pIqaD support). Whoever updated the website obviously didn’t realize that there isn’t a 1:1 mapping between Latin glyphs in the standard Okrandian orthography and pIqaD glyphs.
