I've never heard of this. I can't find the word at https://www.frathwiki.com/Klingon/lexicon nor at the wiki. It would be a good "fanon" word to confirm as canon with Marc Okrand at the next qep'a' or qepHom, though.
This word was confirmed as canon by Okrand/Maltz in HolQeD volume 9 issue 4.
Hold on. He's referring to *{mInHor}, but you're referring to {tangqa'}. Just to make it clear, *{mInHor} has not been confirmed as canon. -- De'vID
