No - definitely not: {yIvbeH} is defined as "tunica", but there is additional information (you need to get KGT) that in a regioal dialect of voSpegh, this word is used for a sleeveless shirt. The Talknow software used {yIvbeH SeQHa'} for T-shirt. This makes conclude that a yIvbeH has sleeves, or at least is not always without them. -- Lieven L.
