Does the construction above mean "the #!@! romulan is stronger than the cardassian", or does it mean "the romulan is stronger than the #!@! cardassian" ?
Or does it mean "the romulan is #!@! stronger than the cardassian" ?
Or is it that we can't apply the "#!@!" to only one part of the comparative construction, or any kind of sentence ?
