This is wrong; the pronoun behaves as a noun, so it can't take a verb suffix.
Which would raise the additional question, of whether we could place an interrogative {-'a'} on a {jIH}.
As with your previous questions: you can add a verb suffix to a pronoun if the pronoun acts as a verb, and of course when it makes sense. {tlhIngan jIH'a'?} "Am I a Klingon?" is perfect. -- Lieven L.
