[tlhIngan Hol] targhet lochqeD

I went to the Klingonwiki to edit the transcription for the recent Discovery episode that Quvar recently discussed here, and while I was there I noticed some commentary on pIqaD text that appeared on screen in the same episode. It claimed that {targhet lochqeD} in pIqaD was English written in Klingon letters. How do we know this for sure? It seems like it could have said {tar ghet loch. qeD.}: “A mustache pretends to be poison. It flees.”
