Probably you're right; I wasn't sure myself what the actual meaning of this phrase was, so I translated (roughly) what I found here: https://www.dictionary.com/browse/man-is-the-measure-of-all-things I thought of writing {Hoch juvmeH SommI' ghaH nuv'e'}, but it sounded as if someone literally took a person, and used him/her to literally measure something.
