Two of them that seem like they'd be useful, but that AFAIK Maltz hasn't addressed, are ?{wejHa'}, the negation of "not yet," which I'd interpret as "already," and ?{neHHa'}, which seems like it would have to mean "not just, not merely." ~mIp'av
