And yes, I did also mention that I wanted the words for X and Y chromosomes -- or W and Z chromosomes, "if that's what Klingons have". We learn that Klingons have an XX-XY system like mammals, instead of a ZZ-ZW system like birds.
Didn't Klingons evolve from crustaceans? At least based on my cursory web search, both systems (plus some others!) are present in different species of Earth crustaceans, so I guess you wouldn't expect either of the options to be more or less likely.
