"bey SeQ lujach" looks like 3 verbs chained together to produce the effect of adverbials: "they shout ritualistically howlingly".
ghunchu'wI':
{bey} is a noun. {SeQ} is a verb of quality used in the manner of an English adjective. {bey SeQ} is a "ceremonial howl".
The noun {bey} is also used three more times on SkyBox card S31: Hegh bey Death Howl (S31 title) beyHom bey bey'a' jachtaH latlh tlhInganpu' others [Klingons] roar in a great crescendo. (S31) yay 'oS bey. 'IQ pagh. Heghpu'bogh latlhpu' ghuHmoH bey. ghoS tlhIngan SuvwI' maq. This yell is victorious in nature, rather than mournful and also serves to warn the other dead that a Klingon warrior is coming. (S31) AFAIK there are no other examples of {SeQ} "be formal/ ritualistic/ ceremonial", but {SeQHa'} "be informal" appears in TalkNow!: {yIvbeH SeQHa'} "T-shirt". -- Voragh tlhIngan ghantoH pIn'a' Ca'Non Master of the Klingons
