Of course, the problem with the Outlook account was that (some?) messages from it ended in Spam, but I read somewhere that if you choose the option of utf-8 as mail format, instead of html, then usually this resolves the problem.
I sincerely hope, that I've finally found the solution, and that I won't have to deal with this problem again. Because, as I said before, it pisses me off having to deal with others' mess, with problems I didn't create nor I am responsible for.
One thing I did at outlook.com was to go to the "Junk email" settings panel and say that "tlhingan-hol@kli.org" was a "Safe mailing list" (at the bottom of that panel - below "Safe senders and domains") You might also want to add "kli.org" and "lists.kli.org" as "Safe senders and domains" on that same panel.
