I was thinking about the anchor of a ship. Indeed {rIjmoHwI'} is better. I thought about {rIjmoHmeH jan}, but I was aiming for an one word solution. I hadn't realized how {rIjwI'} actually referred to the ship which is anchored, but now that you mentioned it, and I rethought it, I understand.
