[tlhIngan Hol] "I will read the messages from archive" mode

Sometimes this email group become high-volume. In case a member needs to spend several days away from his computer, please how soon will members be able to go into a "No messages by email: I will read the messages from the archive" mode? That will need every message as it comes to be automatically put in the archive at once. That mode exists in many email groups.
