[tlhIngan Hol] French dictionary?

Hi there,

C'était moi. The original goal was to gain the French language rights and
publish it with some francophone publisher with experience doing sci-fi and
sci-fi adjacent material. Alas, translation rights can sometimes be quite
complicated and the manuscript was never accepted anywhere. I never printed
it out, nor did I put it onto the Wiki, and I haven't published or shared
it for copyright reasons.
