I would suggest making TKD online and free (anyway, most words added after the second edition of the TKD are officially public, and there are free websites and apps that contain all Klingon words published so far, including extensive comments). Thus, if one is fine with using a "Wiktionary," they may do so; and if they want a printed version, they could download a PDF and print it (note that it can be more expensive than buying a physical book).
