In "The Klingon Art of War", the author Keith R.A. DeCandido created
some Klingon words. Some of those were vetted by Okrand at qepHom 2014.

One was {vo'ruv'etlh}, which obviously misused the suffix {-vo'} to say
"Sword of Justice".

In the qepHom booklet, Okrand did not really say yes or no to this:
