{'InDoneSya'}, {'I'ran}, {paqIStan}, and {vIlaStIn} are all there. Taiwan
is missing, though.

I think you've mixed up two things. {'IQDoy'} is "parody, caricature"
("sad" + "tired" = "satire")

{HeqqIv} is "cliché, trope, stereotype" ("hackneyed" {Heq} + {qIv} "knee")
