Based on the information here:
https://www.qephom.de/book/qepHom2021_p_12.jpg (from
http://klingon.wiki/En/NewWordsQepHom2021), *SIQ* apparently can also be
used in the more neutral sense of "experience" or "undergo", so it's
possible that the object of *SIQ* doesn't have to be something unpleasant.

PUN: In the "xifan hol" digraph-less transcription style, *ng* is written as
"f", making this word "fonder", which is how absence makes the heart grow.
