[tlhIngan Hol] Canonical word for "Lithuania" (with uncertain spelling)

I hear the same thing. Given the subtitle, I suspect that he meant to say {Hoch *lIyetu'vangan*pu'vaD lop qImroq lutIvjaj}.

The subtitles for many of the phrases are very direct (like translating {Savan} as "I greet you all", rather than just "Hello" or "Seasons greetings, sports fans!"), so I suspect he must have provided them with a translation.

Regarding the pronunciation, I clearly hear {lIyetu'va} from Okrand.
Also, that is the closest to what the orignal name of the country is:
Lietuva [lʲɪɛtʊˈvɐ],

It's possible that Okrand made a small mistake here. A form that would
make sense is this:
{Hopbogh lIyetu'vapu' lop qImroq lutIvjaj}
"May the remote Lithuanians enjoy the celebration season."

Also, the sentence order is weird, but as it's a toast, who cares?
