That’s  exactly what I meant -- a Klingon equivalent for, inter alia, “hapax legomenon” – a very useful word for lexicographers, especial of obscure or dead languages.  (Cf. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hapax_legomenon ).

A pity as it seems a useful word.

How so? It's an unknown word, not a word that means "an unknown word".
