According to my notes the comment comes from the qepHom 2013 booklet:

	 - "Opposed to {leng}, which is travel with or without a special purpose."

{rIj} "be moored, anchored" and {rIjHa'} "be adrift" - both revealed at qep'a' 2018 - have nothing to do with {leng}.  I was just playing with ways to render "rogue planet".

Are you sure this came from me?
First, could you please tell me in what context I wrote that? I don't remember that.
Next, the word {rIjHa'} appeared in 2018, the above message is dated 2013. Something is wrong here.
