[tlhIngan Hol] Property of the Klingon Empire

They released several new shirts recently, but this appears to have been the only one with Klingon print on it.

I've contacted CBS Consumer Products about these matters in the past. Both the previous and current directors are very receptive, but because these things are produced by independent licensees, results vary quite a lot.

Anyhow, unless somebody suggests otherwise by tomorrow morning (New York time), I'll send them an e-mail letting them know.

Since it's licensed merchandise -- "TM & © 2018 CBS Studios Inc. All Rights Reserved" -- I wonder if other shirts were released at the same time. (It would be odd if they made only one for the Klingon Empire.) If so, whatever phrases they translated by {ngItlh 47} and {ngISwI'} might be printed on other shirts in the series.

Perhaps someone with more time than I have could do some research and report back to the collective?

Some time today, Felix Malmenbeck aka loghaD mentioned a Klingon T-shirt on Facebook. It contains some Klingon words written in Discovery pIqaD, whose meaning we do not know. At this point it is not clear whether these are typos or really unknown/new words. What wonders me most is that one of the words uses a known suffix, so maybe it's not just a random thing.

On top of the shirt, it says {ngItlh 47} - whatever that may mean. Maybe it's just English with Klingon letters, so that might be "fix 47"?

The other word is {ngISwI'}. Looks Klingon, but is not. It's combined with the letter 12.

Oh, and there is one phrase that causes no trouble and is actually translated pretty well: "Property of the Klingon Empire" is correctly translated as {tlhIngan wo' luch} "equipment of the Klingon Empire".
This phrase also appeared (with the same design) on the packing of Eaglemoss' Bird of Prey.

You can see images of both on the Klingon Wiki:
