_______________________________________________
AFAIK never used.
CULTURAL NOTES:
Large thick, white candles are used in the {ruStay} (R'uustai) ceremony. (TNG "The Bonding")
Special thick, white *kor'tova* candles "represent the fire that burns in the heart of a warrior" and are lit by father and son during the First Rite of Ascension. (TNG "Firstborn")
LANGUAGE NOTES:
(HQ 2.4): Actually, [qon] is the word translated in TKD as the verb record, meaning to make a record of something (whether this record be written or a digital recording or an old-fashioned wax cylinder or anything).
(qepHom 2017 p.20): {SuS} [blow (into wind instrument) to produce sound] ... can also be used for blowing out a candle. With {SuS} you're blowing into/onto/at something, but the air gets out of the thing (or never goes in it).
