You failed to include a locative marker to tell us /where/ this happened.

When modifying one noun with another, the modifying noun comes first. It 
doesn't act like an adjectival verb, coming last. It's *bIQ Dujmey 
Daq*/place of water ships, water ships' place,/ not *Daq bIQ Dujmey.*
