If we want to say "during these two years you have irritated us", then
which of the following would be correct ?

qaStaHvIS cha'vam DIS nuberghmoH
or
qaStaHvIS cha' DISvam nuberghmoH

And because someone, will probably say: don't use "these two years", use
"the previous two years", here is another example:

"as soon as we saw these two ships we became ready to fight"

cha'vam Duj DIleghDI' maSuvrupchoH
or
cha' Dujvam DIleghDI' maSuvrupchoH

So, the question is, whether we can place the {-vam} on a number.
