[tlhIngan Hol] Special qep'a' announcement

Many of the qep'a' have featured a "Cabaret" on Saturday night for members to do some performances. This will happen again this year, but we have also added special events on Thursday and Friday nights after dinner. Thursday we will see a special viewing of the new Conlanging film. Friday we will have a concert by jenbom, the Klingon Pop Warrior.  Welcome to After Hours at the qep'a'!
