You're parsing this sentence incorrectly.

{naDev} is a noun. {naDev jIHtaHbogh} is a noun. {naDev jIHtaHbogh
meq} is a noun-noun construction.

Also, think about what it would mean if {naDev} were an adverbial
instead of a noun. The sentence would mean *"Now, here (in this
present location), I will tell you my reason for being."
