Here's a bogus pun origin of this word. I DON'T actually think this is what it's supposed to be. Doc Brown forgot to put extra plutonium in the trunk of the Delorean. Plutonium was NOT in the BOOT of the car. Thank you, thank you. I'll be here all week. -- SuStel http://trimboli.name
Of course, that is the version of the word preferred by British Klingons. The American Klingons tended to say *tIranqe’nat*, but Klingons from Qo’noS found {butnat} quicker and easier to pronounce, so that has come to be the preferred version for the Emperor’s Klingon. charghwI’ vaghnerya’ngan rInpa’ bomnIS be’’a’ pI’.
