If there's a pun I'm not seeing it: {'um} "be qualified" + {yotlh} "field (of land)"?
Maybe someone who is qualified is a "pro", and a field is where someone keeps "fit"? ({yotlh} also means a recreational field, as in park.) Or maybe it's backwards of *{tlhoy mu'} "excessively word"... -- De'vID
